"An excellent choice for a stay in Marrakech"

Great location in Marrakech. Free parking worked brilliantly. Excellent communication with owner. Apartment clean, comfortable & well laid out. Shower very good. Well fitted kitchen. Comfortable bed.

Would have liked to have had a mattress protector on the bed. Privacy shutter missing from living room window so felt a bit exposed when backlit at night.

"Fully Equipped Chic Apartment"

It is a clean, quiet, well equipped and functional unit with nice Moroccan art decor. The wifi is strong. Good hot shower after a long day exploring. It is easy to find in a very safe location, convenient to find groceries, restaurants, etc. 24 hour Mcdonald is just downstairs. We walked to the entrance of the old town to explore and feel the culture and took a taxi back. Most taxi don't put the meter down. Taxi ranged from MAD 30 to 50, and to the airport we paid MAD 80. The host promptly reply to all our queries. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place in Marrakech.

The rooms are very spacious and clean and although modern they preserve the unique Moroccan spirit. The location is perfect, with a shopping mall and great restaurants nearby. Staff is very helpful and gave clear instructions for check-in, the concierge was the friendliest guy possible.

"Impeccably located, clean and well equipped apartment in the heart of new part of Marrakech"

Wafaa went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The check in was uncomplicated despite late arrival thanks to the concierge. The apartment could not be better located: smack dab in the middle of the new part of the city, however in a quiet side street – and far away from the hassle of the Medina. All imaginable amenities were included. Overall, a huge recommendation for a laid back stay in Marrakech!

nothing.

it is a deserted building among a collection of empty buildings behind a commercial area. i immediately spoke to the host that it was not comfortable/safe to stay there. he agreed to reimburse me and i booked different lodging. since then, there is a different host/manager and i have not been reimbursed as promised.
