Appartement situé dans un quartier populaire très animé. Beaucoup de commerces.

L'appartement est assez sombre . Un mur mitoyen avec un restaurant populaire très fréquenté fait qu'il est difficile de dormir la nuit car les bruits de conversations , et des ustensiles de cuisine.... sont incessants PENDANT TOUTE la nuit
