However, on Saturday at 9:00 AM—three hours before the agreed check-out time—the landlord sent a cleaning staff member into the apartment without my prior consent or notification. This caused a serious disturbance to my rest and forced me to wake up abruptly. Furthermore, the apartment was not properly cleaned upon my arrival, which does not meet the expected standards for a property listed on your platform. In addition, the landlord falsely claimed that I had informed him of my early departure at 9:00 AM, which is completely untrue. This behavior caused significant inconvenience and violated my right to use the apartment until the official check-out time. Given the inconvenience, the disruption of my stay, and the lack of cleanliness, I kindly request that you take appropriate action against the landlord and consider a partial refund or compensation for this unpleasant experience. Very very bad apartment very dirty the host is irresponsible they left hanging dry out in the sun for three hours and I had no right to cancel because it’s non refundable

Appartement très très propre , très bien équipé la douche était parfaite , télé connecté, wifi puissante machine à laver fonctionnel . Très bien situé emplacement surveillé pour la voiture . beaucoup de restaurant et de Snack à côté . Je me croyais chez moi en France. Je reviendrai Merci à vous .

L appartement ne diposait pas dune clim fonctionnelle malgre nos echanges av la personne pas de solution personne peu aimable ne reponds pas tout le temps aux messages Une deception notre sejour il faisait tres chaud Bref dommage
