"Idealno ne postoji ali je ovo dobar smestaj"

Prijatni i ljubazni vlasnici. 7 apartmana sa sedam parking mesta. Mirna okolina objekta na dobroj lokaciji blizu Jaza.Dobar pritisak vode,dobar net i svi sadrzaji za ugodan boravak. Sve je novo i dobro odrzavano.

U sustini mi imamo nekoliko zamerki ali one su subjektivne i drugima mozda nece smetati. Nas apartman je najmanji i nije 30kvm kao sto pise vec 12kvm. Za dvoje je ok. Bio je na prvom nivou i okruzen je sa 5 kupatila susednih apartmana. Kanalizacioni sistem je veoma bucan i zvucna izolacija je jako slaba. Veliki apartmani su bolji izbor,posebno apartman na spratu okrenut ka ulici. Imali smo srece i sve komsije bile su tihe a buka se desavala kada su je svi pravili tako da nije nikom smetalo. Za nas glavni problem su bili duseci. Novi su ali jako tvrdi. Onaj koji nevoli tvrd krevet kao mi nece se naspavati nikako. Bez obzira na sve nase zamerke kad bi se vratili ovde opet bi izabrali isti smestaj ali bi poneli svoj memorijski naddusek😀

Ideaal verblijf, iets buiten het drukke centrum maar zeer goed bereikbaar met de auto. Kamer en bed waren in orde. Mooi balkon met uitzicht. Schone badkamer.
