"It was very good for our needs, right near clock tower and a nice market and good restaurant next to it."

Location was fantastic. Owner was very responsive and helpful

The entrance to the building is off putting as there is graffiti and broken taped glass on door.

住宿就在老城附近，地段好。环境幽雅，出门不远就是景点。房屋内设备齐全，干净整洁。非常舒服。房东人很好，帮忙解决问题。以后来还住这里。

"Appartamento bello, ma scarsa pulizia"

Appartamento spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario (TV, aria condizionata, cucina con frigo, freezer, piano cottura e forno, phon e asciugamani). Posizione a due passi dal centro di Podgorica in zona molto tranquilla, ampio parcheggio disponibile.

La palazzina è mal tenuta, con graffiti sulla porta d'ingresso, vetri rotti e sporcizia, ma l'appartamento risulta essere in ordine anche se scarso nella pulizia. Ci sono parecchie ragnatele sul soffitto. Impossibile accendere il condizionatore in camera da letto a causa del forte rumore. Host poco reattivo e pagamento possibile solo in contanti, non proprio comodo...

"Very Good"

The location was convenient for walking around Podgorica. The host responded to messages really quickly and it was a spacious apartment, good value for money. I was only here for one night and it was a great stop for passing through. I would stay again for the same purpose but probably wouldn't want to base myself there for longer.

The entrance to the building had a smashed window and was tucked away so it was a little off-putting. The bathroom needed a clean too, it was a little dusty.

Доручак и остали оброци су били у мом аранжману, али Voli маркет и врло добра пекара налазе се на 20-30 m од стана где сам одсео, па је набавка намирница била врло лака. Такође ми се свиђа што је стара градња (зграда из 1960/70-тих), подсетило ме је на моје одрастање. Ипак стара градња уопште није утицала на ентеријер стана где сам одсео, власник се стварно потрудио да све буде чисто, удобно и приступачно. Кућни апарати су одлично радили, мада сам их тек спорадично користио, због кратког боравка у Подгорици. Комуникација са власником стана је била оптимална.

Једино би власник стана требао да набави (или је бар ја нисам нашао!) кашику за ципеле. Овакви станови су идеални за људе средњих и старијих годишта, који више полажу на удобност и место локације (близу центра, а опет скровито и тихо), но нама старијима кашика за ципеле је потребнија него млађима. Ето, то је била једина ситница, али која нипошто није покварила укупан веома повољан утисак.
