The apartments have a convenient location with easy access to parking. Check-in was simple and smooth. The room was spacious, very clean. The bed was comfortable, with clean bed linen and comfortable pillows. The curtains blocked the light well. There was hot water in the shower with good pressure. The administrator was always available and responsive. Wi-Fi worked well. We did not use the TV or extra services. Our room windows faced the inner courtyard, so there was no road noise.

However, noise from neighboring apartments and the staircase was clearly audible, even small sounds. Some additional soft lighting would be nice.
