The host is kind and attentive, went out of her way to give info and if we had everything we needed. Pool is fabulous with plenty of loungers and either sun or shady spots for relaxing. Plus lovely seating area with honesty drinks fridge. Everything clean and tidy. It was extremely hot when we were there but a/c functioned well to keep us cool in the room. Bakery at bottom of road and to the right great for breakfast things and snacks. We found Voli better than Idea for shopping. But there are plenty of shops and places to eat in walking distance. Nice beach at bottom of the hill. The bus between the property and Herceg Novi is easy to use, stop at bottom of the hill, every 30 minutes from early a.m until late at night. We had a lovely time and would go back if staying in this area again.

Bed linen (sheets) weren't the best, but a minor thing.

The property located few minutes walking distance from the beach. The host Maria was exceptional and very welcoming. The pool was well maintained and clean.

Great host, good communication and the room was clean & excellent. Definataly value for money! Villa Mia was easy to find and had a parking. 5-10minutes walk to the beach ’street’ where you have some nice restaurants and few small shops. Refresh at the beautiful pool on hot days😊

First of all, it should be mentioned that the best thing about the entire accommodation is Mrs. Marie, the hostess. Then comes the location in the beautiful surroundings of the Bay of Kotor, the beautiful view from the room balcony, the swimming pool and other room amenities. Before your trip, you will receive useful information from Mrs. Marie for a smooth arrival, she will welcome you as if you were part of the family, including a welcome drink for each person separately, according to their wishes. She is very kind and caring and you can contact her at any time with anything. To make the assessment objective, it should be mentioned that the accommodation building itself is older and has a clearly defined layout, from which the maximum is obtained. In the case of our room on the 2nd floor, it is a smaller kitchen and a shared bedroom (and living room in one) for everyone (4 beds), but on the contrary, this is balanced by a balcony with a beautiful view, a swimming pool and rich room equipment. Simply something for something. Very clean in the room and throughout the building.

This is not a complaint - just a suggestion for improvement: The bathroom would benefit from replacing the shower curtain with a solid wall (mainly to prevent water from splashing onto the floor) and adding a small wastebasket and a small shelf would also be nice.

Great location, warm and welcoming host. Clean swimming pool. The sea is just a short walk away, and there’s a forest nearby
