The apartment is beautiful, has everything you need. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants nearby. The host is very nice and helpful with everything you need. I definitely recommend this place.

No noise from the neighbors. Location: 600 meters from the bus terminal. Another 100 meters from the main avenue Supermarkets: 100 meters, there are 2 Shoping: 100 meters. Kitchen: super super equipped Cleanliness: very clean, smells very good Owner: excellent communication, very kind, very gentle, he waited for me and personally gave me the key

Noises: Only after 6 in the morning, the noises come from the principal rute /avenue, from Buses and car

Best place i have stayed in Budva. The host is a very welcoming man and very helpful for everything you need. Apartment is spacey, very clean and comfortable. Also, the first place i have stayed that the Cable TV has every channel you need including sports😁. Thanks a lot Nenad, see you soon again

It was a few minutes walk from everywhere I wanted to go in Budva, including the ordinary places such as supermarkets and pharmacies. It was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The owners made every effort to help me with any questions I had.

Ninat was an excellent host. he even picked us up from budva bus stop on our first day when we were unsure of how to get to the property. property was clean and location was perfect ( 5min from old town, 2 min from supermarket and 3min walk from the beach). plenty of restaurants nearby. this property really elevated our experience in Montenegro. partial sea view as it advertised so nothing deceiving. great value for money. really exceeded our expectations. communication with Ninat was superb. always responded our messages swiftly and promptly. he even organised transfer back to the airport. what a gent!

only criticism about the property was hot water. can understand why there are few negative comments regarding hot water. could be a problem in winter. having said that if we contacted Ninat, he may have come and sort it.

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need. The bed was very comfy and there was lots of wardrobe space. The shower was powerful and everywhere was clean. It was only a short walk into the stunning old town.
