Merkeze yakınlığı, yürüyerek sahile inilmesi güzel. Aile işletmesi, çalışanlar sıcakkanlı, yardımsever. Bahçe katındaki alan o katta kalan kişilere ait orayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Gidilecek plajlara ortalama 10-15 dakika mesafede. Marketler arabayla 3-5 dakika yürüyerek 10-15 dakika mesafede. Otopark alanı var bu çok avantaj çünkü yakınlarda park alanı bulmak zor.

Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Çatı katının banyosunda gider sorunu mevcuttu. Üst katlar için asansör olmaması eşyaları taşıma açısından zordu.
