Apartments Castello Risano

Quite frankly one of the most comfortable places I have stayed in years. In the words of my teenage son it was very homely :). Lots of thoughtful touches and everything you would need. Our apartment was huge which meant there was enough space for everyone to be together but have some space. The pool was stunning and the views were incredible. Highly recommend.

We hired a car and we really relied on it as the location is in a quiet town and up a fairly steep hill. I would have actually enjoyed walking up and down to the apartment more if it wasn't so hot! Risan is a great place with friendly restaurants though and much cheaper than the busier tourist places for simple family meals and drinks.

Very proper and comfortabel stay. The pool is really a great adding because it was very hot in Risan.

Krasny vyhled z terasy, prijemny soukromy bazen, klimatizace v kazdem pokoji, moc mila majitelka i spravce. Ochotni pomoci a poradit se spoustou veci.

Neporadek v okoli domu, prijezd k domu neni pro ridice zacatecniky :D V samotnem mestecku jen 1 otevrena restaurace na obed, kde navic nevarili dobre.

Tágas, tiszta, gyönyörű apartman. Fantasztikus kilátással a tengerre. Medence mindig tiszta, kellemes nagyon jó elhelyezéssel. Nem volt ,messze a tenger, de a szint különbség igen nagy. De hát ez a Kotori-öböl. Hegyoldalban van a szállás ettől volt volt fantasztikus a kilátás.

Egy kávéfőző hiányzott csak. Török kávét tudtunk főzni, kotyogó hiánya miatt.

This is my first bad review in booking.com. I have more than 20 bookings in my account and it's sad to write the bad one. However it need to be done. The main reason of this bad review is to highlight owner lies and lack of communication although apartments were well equipped, unique and with the nice view. So to begin with we were looking for a nice, spacious apartments with the pool for our family (4 adults and one child). I'm that kind of person who spend lot of time to plan everything because I want nice and comfy vacations. The pool was one of the main criteria. I have read some reviews here that the pool was closed in May month (our stay was on 05.14-21) so I have contacted with the owner to make my decision (I have had some more reservations even with the better price) and asked if the pool will be ready and open in our dates. The owner confirmed that the pool will be ready and I have made a decision. When we arrived the pool was not ready - all area was dirty, sunbeds and umbrellas were fold, barbecue facilities were also not prepared. I have asked the owner why the pool area is not ready and the answer was something like „tomorrow everything will be ready“. Next day was the same and I have asked the same question and the answer was something like „problems with the electricity“. I have understood that nothing will happen regarding the pool are and I have asked to refund some of the money because we didn't receive services we paid for but the owner answer was like nothing happen. All in all the pool are was closed for all the dates of our stay. When I returned home I wrote to the booking.com support and the said they will contact with the owner. After some days booking.com team informed me that owner is not responding but booking team refunded me some of the money (vey good support). In conclusion the place is nice and unique but the owners are irresponsible, lying people. I would not recommend to anyone and would not book these apartments again.
