Prachtig groot appartement met alles er op en er aan. Ruime kamers en mooi ingericht.

In de regio zijn veel zwerfkatten. Daar kan de accommodatie niks aan doen, maar ze komen wel op het terras en als je de deur open laat in het appartement.

Nice apartments, amazing view. Calm place. Very good and fast WIFI. What we needed we got that when we asked.

Large apartment with beautiful view of the ocean. Pool and BBQ were great, and the room was comfortable. We spent every evening sitting on the porch with and incredible view. Risan is a quiet town with several nice beaches nearby close to Kotoor.

Driving yo the property was diiclut, we found the road up from the hospital was better with a sedan.

Very well maintained garden. Clean and very nice apartment interior. The scent of jasmine is everywhere.

A hard uphill climb. If you have small children, elderly people and no car, these are not your option. There are also no beaches in the city itself.

Очень гостеприимные хозяева!!! За наш очень поздний заезд презентовали бутылочку великолепного местного вина )) У нас были двухэтажные апартаменты: на первом этаже спальня с душевой/туалетом и со своим выходом на улицу!; на втором этаже две спальни, душевая и два туалета, гостиная, кухня, балкон с видом на Которский залив. Для нашей семьи с 4 детьми – идеально! Стильно оформленные, продуманные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Нашей семье из 6 человек было очень комфортно, и ощущение дома. Парковка возле дома. На машине нам были доступны все достопримечательности Черногории/ и Дубровник. И всегда было приятно вечером вернуться в спокойное и тихое от туристов место😃 В Пераст мы ходили пешком, по дороге можно попробовать только что пойманных устриц/мидий/креветок. В соседнем доме дегустационный зал – сосед занимается виноделием и экспериментами с крепкими напитками - мы взяли с собой солнце Черногории в многочисленных бутылках вина )))

Absolutely nothing.

Very spacious and clean apartment, well equipped with everything you need. We were traveling with a 1 year-old so, the fence in front of the stairs were perfect. The view is amazing!

The earlier reviews about the access road are a real thing, very narrow and steep. And a recommendation for the owner to consider opening the pool earlier if the weather allows. It was 25+ degrees and there were multiple families with small kids staying, the pool would have definitely added a great touch to the holidays!
