מיקום נוח. טרסה על הגג מדהימה עם נוף לים ובריכה. בעל הבית מאוד נחמדה ושמחה לעזור. תקשורת מצוינת עם בעל הבית. קרוב מאוד לבית חב"ד. מפתח מיכני ומכבים חיישנים לשבת. קרוב ממש לסופרמרקט וחנות ירקות. מיזוג יעיל. ובקיצור, מקום מצוין!

Appartement à 5 min de la plage, avec un supermarché à 2 min. Possibilité de prendre le bus (1.5€) pour aller à Budva, sinon il faut 40min de marche pour atteindre la vieille ville. L'immeuble possède un rooftop, avec une petite piscine gonflable, des transats, de quoi faire un apéro et un barbecue. Place de parking au rez de chaussée dans l'immeuble.

80-90% de la surface de la plage est privée avec des transats/parasols de partout, mais ça devient libre d'accès après 17h et c'est comme ça sur toutes les plages. Pour des français, c'est surprenant.

Очень удобное расположение, все рядом - чистейшее море, магазины, рестораны. В пешеходной доступности старый город Будва. Удобный крытый паркинг. Приветливые хозяева. Комфортная зона отдыха на крыше

Квартира уже немного "уставшая", требуется замена посуды для приготовления пищи.

"Pratique et accueillant"

L’accueil très chaleureux et à l’écoute des propriétaires. La machine à laver avec des doses de lessives était appréciable. La vue sur le roof-top.

La salle de bain est à revoir (porte qui ne ferme pas et chasse d’eau cassée).

המארחים היו מאוד אדיבים ושמחים שירות מעל ומעבר עם סבלנות גבוהה נתנו תחושה של מלון כמו כן המקום מומלץ לישראלים ודתיים - חמש דקות הליכה מהבית חבד והכרות עם ענייני שבת
