Very good location, beautiful design of the apartment, everything what we need was there, thought for details is incredible, even umbrellas provided.

No air conditioning.

The location is great, close to the historical part of town , pubs, restaurants, and theater. Nice view from windows . The apartment is very clean and has everything to stay .

The entrance and stairs are quite old, but it didn't bother us .

Very nice and clean place, where we feel like at home. We were here in before Christmas, so windows view was absolutely fantastic. Landlord was helpful and camunicate. We come back here with our children again and again.

The apartment itself was very clean. The location was good.

Where to start? First, while the apartment as noted was very clean and the updates were well done, there is a door out to where a balcony once was. The door is blocked off, obviously for safety reasons, with boards nailed on the outside. This is in the bedroom. The door is set so that it barely opens, maybe an inch, and with no air circulation it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Photo below. Second, to be very frank, the front entrance and stairwell to the apartment are pretty disgusting, also as you can see from the photos. The first night we came home there were no lights in the stairs until the 4th floor. Luckily I had my iPhone or it would have been very difficult. The third issue was the parking fee. When we reserved the apartment at the end of April we were told the parking on the street was 6 Euro per day. In August about 14 days before our stay, and a month after the free cancellation period, we received an email that the government had raised the fee to 21 Euros per day. We googled this only to find out that the change in the fee started May 1. Seems a bit dishonest not to have notified us before the free cancellation ended.

Beautifully interior designed but also very cosy and comfortable. Great location. Enough storage. Having two fans was very helpful on hot days and nights as there is no air conditioning. Everything was perfect. We would gladly stay here again.

4th floor walk up without a lift and a run down staircase. There is no free parking but we didn't have a car so it didn't bother us.

The apartaments was very beautiful and cosy.

Getting to the apartment was not very pleasant, as the staircase was very abandoned.

Everything was perfect in this apartment. The host was gracious to ask if we were comfortable and if we needed anything extra.
