Puiki lokacija, pakankamai švaru, daug erdvės, jauku, visko ko gali prireikti apsistojus rasite bute. Puikus vaizdas pro langą, galimybė patekti ant stogo ir pasigrožėti vaizdu nuo aukščiausio daugiabučio Lietuvoje. Puiki šeimininkė, kuri greit suregavo ir padėjo patekti į butą. Nuostabu, kad mašiną galima nemokamai laikyti požeminėje aikštelėje.

Tikrai neturime didelių nusiskundimų, gal tik tokios smulkmenos, kad lempos vonioje prie veidrodžio nešvietė, ir jei labai lauke vėjuota girdisi stiprokai, bet laikinai apsistojus labai netrukdo.

Lokacija puiki, apartamentuose buvo viskas ko reikia.

Reiktų tvarkyti abiejų balkonų duris, nes esant dideliam vėjui, jos pačios atsidaro, todėl prireikė užstatyti su baldais.
