"Amazing location and views. Concerns about fire safety."

Great location, clean, secure, incredible views from the balcony across the peninsula - especially at night!

Had 2 fire alarms whilst there and once the lift was broken and there were lots of people hanging about as no one could find the stairs to go up. Did eventually find. Didn’t seem to be an emergency staircase in case the stairwell had a fire in it which made me nervous. Apparently according to locals the fire alarm goes off a lot in the building. We cannot confirm this but it did go off twice when we were there forcing us to wake our children at night to evacuate. No one communicated with us what had happened or when it was safe to return to the flat.

cozy and very good location close to Smiltyne& city centre

everything is clean and cozy but apartment really need rehabilitation😄 as it looks like no maintenance/ repair work done already in years
