Very Vilnius Stikliu street

The apartment was a great size for 4 and the location was wonderful! In the beautiful old town. The instructions from the host are easy to follow and she replies very quickly and is also very helpful.we had a wonderful weekend stay.

There is street noise but that is not the owners fault. Maybe leaving some milk and bottled water for guests to have a drink on arrival would be a nice touch as we then had to go find a shop to stock up.

Great location

Beautiful, spacious apartment, nicely furnished. Kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to prepare many meals there. Beds and bedding provided were exceptionally comfortable. We loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Perfect location in a picturesque location with lovely views from the windows, easy to get everywhere on foot. We enjoyed looking at the old photographs on the walls showing the area in the past. The opaque roll down shades in the main bedroom windows worked so well. Lots of clear information provided as well as books for reading.

The stairs were a bit difficult and dangerous to negotiate, steep and somewhat uneven with not much of a handrail to hold on to, especially when coming in from outdoors. We are three seniors, in excellent physical condition, but still had to be very careful so we didn’t trip or fall. It was cold and damp indoors due to the unfavourable and cold weather conditions, with the only working heater in the living room not giving off much heat at all. Neither the towel bar in the bathroom nor the heated floor in the kitchen worked. Some working and adjustable heating in each room would have been appreciated. And while the lively atmosphere of the many restaurants, shops and tour groups outside was lovely during the day and evenings, it was very noisy at times later on and loud talking (maybe people who were drunk?) throughout the night woke us up quite a few times. The nightly jazz music played by the saxophone player in the restaurant opposite us was definitely not our taste in music unfortunately.

We really liked this apartment! In the middle of the old city center and the check in was very easy with good instructions. Would really recommend if you stay in Vilnius.

The apartment was just about perfect in every respect - location, comfort, facilities, decor were all impeccable! Margareta was a great host from start to finish and very responsive to all our questions throughout our stay. It was an ideal location for our 2 night stay, with everything that the Old Town of Vilnius has to offer in easy walking distance. A lovely atmosphere at night, and although quite busy in the narrow streets below, noise was not an issue as the double glazing was very effective.

The appartement was with all facilities, clean and in a very good location. Instructions to get there were very clear and the posibility to park a car in the center was an extra bonus.

The only thing we missed was the possibility to sort rubbish. It was strange to put bio waste among other waste and finally we decided to take our package waste back home. The possibility to sort waste should be essential nowadays.
