Vilnius Apartments & Suites – Old Town

location!! nicely located near restaurants , café, spa and shops.

The heating was not working and located in the 2nd floor. I hate the stairs as it's definitely not fun going up and down the stairs with heavy luggage.

Lots of space and a great location.

It felt like the apartment had been clened hurriedly. Also a piece of cardboard had been left in the far back of the oven, which was hard to notice and was an extremely dangerous fire hazard, which we fortunately noticed before anything could happen…

Absolutely brilliant location. The apartment was really lovely, bright and spacious, well equipped.

Very well looked after. Must say it was probably the nicest apartment we’ve stayed so far. Also location for exploring the Old Town.

Good: The property is amazing in a new complex The apartment is fully equipped and it was very clean. Bad: Booking.com is not updated: No parking at the property, only street parking The location is not correct it's a 12 mins walk difference. Overall we enjoyed the apartment and we're fully recommend it. Suggestion: add a drier machine

AVOID. But if you do book here, be sure you're getting what you paid for. We were a group, and we booked an apartment with "city views" and five beds. When we checked in, we were on a ground floor courtyard and missing two beds. We messaged the property, and this was their response: "We provided our alternative apartment. [This] apartment has better furniture and bathroom and we thought that you will be happy with this. I am sorry that we didn't informed you about the change." I messaged them that there was insufficient bedding for the number of people we had (especially as some were non-related), and they replied: "Our long term tenant extended his stay until February. This is the reason of the apartment change. Gaono apartment a bit smaller in size and do not have a puff. All another amenities are the same. Yes, this apartment do not have a view to the street but is more quiet. Sorry once again for the change and I hope that you enjoying Vilnius in Christmas season." So to recap: we booked a specific apartment that met our needs. The person currently renting that decided they wanted to stay longer, so we were downgraded to a different apartment without enough beds or the amenities we booked. As a result, two in our party needed to get last-minute rooms at a nearby hotel. When we disputed this with Booking.com, they said they tried to seek a refund from the apartment owners, but they had no luck. The owners claimed that the apartment we were in was an "upgrade" because it had "higher class amenities." I don't care if the TV was larger or the decorations were nicer if didn't have the booked number of beds. I'm still disputing this with Booking, and failing that will dispute it with American Express.

Perfect localisation, very comfortable room and bed. Everything what you need for short stay was in the apartment. Really recomemded!
