"Very good"

excellent location, quiet neighbors, ambience of the room, good tea provided.

The instructions for keys came only as I was walking out of the airport with no preceding communication. There was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. The rug on the bathroom floor was a bit smelly.

Very pretty apartment, convenient location, great atmosphere. The main area looks like it could be used for some photoshoot. Everything you may need in the kitchen is included. Quiet place, no traffic sound, friendly neighbors. Small but impressive reading selection. A LOT of space, it could fit big family.

Very cold with no way to adjust the temperature, no heater. I had to wear shoes and blanket on top of my clothes the whole time. The soap gave me rash.
