Gera lokacija, tvarkingi, ramūs apartamentai. Nieko netrūko

Viskas buvo gerai

Patiko vieta ir patogus įsiregistravimas, taip pat privatus parkingas.

Bute labai trūksta švaros. Sofa po užtiestais pledukais labai dulkėta, pilna visokių trupinių, pagalvėlės dėmėtos. Kadangi buvome šeima, tai net nesinorėjo miegoti ant sofos.. Indai taip pat nešvarūs, stalčiuose pilna trupinių ar dulkių. Vonios kambaryje taip pat trūksta švaros. Šeimininkams tikrai vertėtų atkreipti dėmesį į buto valymą.. O ir šiaip nors butas atrodo modernus ir šiolaikiškas, bet jau stipriai nudevėtas..

Gera lokacija, bute yra beveik viskas ko reikia trumpai viešnagei.

Švaros trūkumas.

Alles entspricht der Beschreibung, die Wohnung ist komfortabel und praktisch auch wenn nicht so groß. Das Wohnkomplex ist für Kinder besonders gut geeignet, da abgeschlossenes Gelände mit 2-3 eigenen Spielpläzen. Die Lage ist außerhalb der Stadtmitte aber per Bus gut und günstig erreichbar.

Good location and new residential building, close to all shops

I was surprised that the apartment is quite new and has a fairly good renovation, but it is very neglected and dirty. It is clear that a thorough cleaning has not been done for a long time. The kitchen furniture has greasy stains and a rather unpleasant smell, and all the cabinets inside are dirty, even the cutlery holder. In the shower room, there is clearly some kind of blockage or sewage issue, as there is also a bad smell. The sofa and curtains are dirty. The bed linen is very old, and the towels are rough and unpleasant to the touch. We truly did not expect this, as everything looks very neat and tidy in the photos.
