Exceptionally comfortable. Perfect location: quite neighborhood yet close to the station. Good choice even for longer stay. Host was very nice and supportive.

Auto-lock is a bit hard to use: the panel is all scratched and the numbers are difficult to see in the sunny weather. But once you get a hang of it it’s okay.

This location is SUPERB. It’s literally a 3 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko station so I could go back and forth to grab things or put down our shopping loot easily. They are very well equipped too. They have a Dyson hairdryer, many toothbrushes and paste, many towels in case you need more than one, house slippers, a nice not the cheap type of metallic ketal. And you can choose which side to sleep at, and it is spacious. I love that they have a dryer too.

Only thing that could be improved would be the blinds at the floor bedroom area, it’s quite bright in the morning. But it’s black out curtains at the sofa bed area so you can easily move over there to sleep instead. And I booked this from Booking.com but their messaging platform is not working so I resort to emailing and there is also an issue on the email where when I click into the message, I only see the first line of the reply from the host. Really difficult to communicate with the host due to the system issue. But the host sends all the information and guide required so I did not need to have any further communication and all was smooth.
