- Some challenges with cleanliness under bed and towels were not there when I arrived. Fixed after contacting the host - No blinds; something to be aware of - Sofa bed is not the most comfy

The room was spacious, very clean, cozy and warm. The kitchen is big, you can definitely cook something there for lunch or dinner. The bathroom was super clean, towels and bed sheets smelled amazing.

The TV didn't have any channels. But it was a smart TV.

We already knew in advance that this was a studio apartment where the sofa converts into a bed. Unfortunately, we had to make the bed ourselves and first search the entire apartment for bedding. When we opened the bed, we found the mattress covered in stains, which was quite unappetizing. While we understand that this can happen, as guests, it’s something you don’t want to see. When we tried to put a sheet over the mattress, we realized there wasn’t one. I tried several times to contact the property, but no one responded. Eventually, I reached out to the property via Booking.com, and I was able to explain the issue. They told me that the cleaning staff confirmed there was a sheet – but in the end, there wasn’t! There was only a small duvet cover, which was smaller than the mattress. Unfortunately, the property manager didn’t try to find a solution, so we had to sleep directly on the dirty mattress. To this day, no one has reached out to us. Another issue was that there was only one blanket, which also had stains. Since we are a not couple, we didn’t want to share one blanket. Be we didn’t even try to contact them further about this. It’s really a sad to have had such an experience because the apartment is beautiful and perfectly located. However, the communication just wasn’t up to standard.

A beautiful, bright apartment in the best location. Perfect for a solo traveler. Excellent amenities!
