Apartments LORA in Apart-hotel

Location is great - in the center of Budva and 5 min from the beach. The apartment had spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen, good lighting, TV and good WIFI. Terrace was also nice, big enough for 4 people. The building has 2 elevators. There was AC in every room and it was functioning very well. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The quality of cleaning could be better - our terrace floor was covered with sand, blankets had stains and the sheets in one room had holes in it. In overall the apartment could use some minor repairments for freshening it up (especially in the shower room). Chairs on the terrace should be also changed. NO parking available in the building - the underground paid parking is only for the guests of the hotel and they do not sell them to the apartment visitors. In general, parking in Budva is a headache if you don't have a parking space provided by the apartment. One unpleasant surprising thing was that during one week stay they did not provide cleaning (only if paid extra), taking out trash, providing toilet paper etc. Our apartment was on the 10th floor and the music from the rooftop bar was loudly heard on several nights, also some noise from the streets, so be advised if you are looking for a quiet stay. 5 people apartment but only one key card.

The location of the accommodation is in the very center of the city. I am satisfied with the way the accommodation looks and the cleanliness. The accommodation has all the necessary household appliances.

It would be good if the accommodation had its own parking space.

Comfortable apartments in the city center, 2 minutes' walk from the beach. Everyone should try the BaBaluu restaurant on the other side of the roundabout! Thanks...

The location is great!

Everything was very dirty. When we arrived there was a dirty towel on the sink and the toilett was dirty. There was dust everywhere!!!

Property was in a really good location and it had really good AC.

The property owner wasn’t the friendliest on arrival seemed very annoyed as I was told to contact him 30 minutes prior to arrival however after landing in Podgorica I did not have any data to contact until we actually got to Budva and I connected to someone’s wifi, after calling him he wasn’t very pleased and upon meeting him was not the nicest. Also I was pre charged for the apartment which I was aware of and was told the pay the rest at the apartment however upon arrival I was told I had to go and take out cash because that’s all he took which was very inconvenient because it was just under $1,000 euros. The mattresses had yellow stains underneath the sheet. The owner only gave us one card between us 5 people, I then requested for one more and was asked for a 10 euro deposit which I gladly gave but then I never got back. Our check out was meant to be 11am, the owner messaged me saying it was 10am so I sent a screenshot of the booking and he agreed to 11am however we still had a cleaner knock on our door at 10:30am to clean the apartment after explaining our checkout was at 11am she also seemed very angry. We were also left 2 rolls of toilet paper. When we opened the fridge it stunk like sausages, we then only realised a day after that the fridge was actually turned off and wasn’t working. There was also no bin bags which we were then forced to buy our own to handle our rubbish.
