Очень удобные, комфортные, уютные апартаменты. Все необходимое есть. Спасибо отдельно за стиральный порошок. Уютный балкон-терраса для утреннего кофе и вечернего бокала вина. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, всегда был на связи. Недалеко отличный грузинский ресторан. Магазины рядом - в пределах 150-200 метров разные на выбор. От относительно дешевой IDEA, до AROMA с французским сыром. До ближайшего пляжа минут 10 пешком.

Все отлично. Стиральная машина чуть-чуть подтекает при отжиме - не критично, но я бы на месте хозяина посмотрел.

"Zentrale, gemütliche Wohnung mit Fahrstuhl und nettem Vermieter – kleinere Mängel und Parkplatzsuche etwas schwierig."

Das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich, die Lage sehr zentral – viele Dinge konnte man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gab einen Fahrstuhl, was sehr praktisch war. Der Vermieter war zudem sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Einige Dinge waren nicht gut in Schuss (lose Steckdose, lockeres Wandtelefon, Waschmaschine roch anfangs unangenehm). Die Klimaanlage hatte einen undichten Schlauch, wodurch Wasser auf dem Balkon stand. Die Parkplatzsuche war etwas schwierig.

The apartment amenities were as described, and it was easy to find free parking outside the building. The staff were very friendly, always available, and responded quickly to every message. They were also very helpful. The beach was not far from the location, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience.

Everything was great, our apartment was large, modern with a big balcony with exceptional views. Apartment is very comfy. The facilities were good, particularly the washing and dishwaching machine. A fully-equipped kitchen was a good. Every request we had was addressed promptly. Our stay was great, between the amenities, the views, and the hospitality, Highly recommended for a Budva experience.
