Poor maintenance overshadowed good location. Unfortunately, this property fell well short of expectations due to significant maintenance issues. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed unpleasant odors throughout the accommodation, and discovered visible mold in several areas - a serious concern for both comfort and health. The bathroom was particularly problematic. The shower was essentially unusable under normal circumstances, requiring you to continuously hold down a button with one hand just to maintain water flow. This made basic hygiene routines frustratingly difficult and impractical. Adding to the maintenance woes, the lamp over the bed was not working, making it difficult to read or perform other bedside activities in the evening. The one redeeming quality was the location, which was convenient and well-situated for exploring the area. However, the fundamental cleanliness and functionality issues made it impossible to enjoy this advantage. For the price paid, guests should expect basic amenities like a working shower, functional lighting, and a clean, odor-free environment. I would not recommend this property until these significant maintenance and cleanliness issues are addressed.
