"Awful"

It was 30 degrees in the room, air conditioner wasn't working and nobody warned us about it. Windows opens only as full, there is no net from the mosquitos, when you open window everyone from the outside can see you. As the conditioner wasn't working, it was a must to open the window, but the apartment is above the bar, so from 8 am I couldn't sleep. Awful customer service, didn't offer to change anything.
