C'est un vrai plus d'avoir une grande terrasse commune avec chacun son espace. L'appartement est grand c'est super. Attention toutefois aux petits enfants car les prises électriques ne sont pas bien fixées laissant les fils apparaître. Mais ceci ne nous a posé aucun problème, nous étions 2 adultes. Très bien situé, jolie vue.
