Luxury apartment in Pilies street

Great location in the old town, really beautiful apartment, free parking

The black mold in the bathroom, it was on all the walls, ceiling and the door, and there was someone’s hair on the shower wall

The location was great and the facilities were great, and the style is very vintage, very cool. There’s things around you’ll need to live for a while so it’s cool.

Unfortunately, every nook and cranny in the bathroom was full of black mold, and could have been easily washed away and treated with chemicals since we actually tried to clean it up. The house itself wasn’t really clean, we would have vacuumed it if we stayed longer but we decided not to. I do understand it’s humid there and there is a dehumidifier to help deal with that which is good. But the maintenance is not good at all. The mold kinda spoilt the experience because of how much it was. It was also a bit too warm for us except when the rain fell, but that’s just a personal thing. Should think about these things for sure ) The place has great potential for people into vintage things )

Parking can be a little crampy!

Great location to explore the old town; not noisy as it is facing the backyard of a apartment block. All necessary amenities in the studio (hair dryer, kitchen equipment).
