"New and spatious place"

New building, the furniture is also new. Good neighbourhood, lots of cafes and restaurants and some greenery in front. The apartment has more than sufficient space. A very decent bed and mattress (firm).

Even after the cleaning lady left, it didn't really feel the apartment was thoroughly clean, rather superficially. Noise coming from the neighbours, not the responsibility of the owner, though. I would advise bringing your own towels. Since the owner has several apartments in adjacent neighborhoods, you do not know the exact address of your apartment before you actually arrive there.
