Apartment Aleksandra

The apartment was large, bright and comfortable. We liked that it isn’t in the city center but a little bit out in a residential area of Bar. (We like neighborhoods) Yet we were 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk into town. If you’re not into walking the city bus line is just down the street. Aleksandra is friendly and helpful and our stay here felt more like visiting friends. She offered to pick us up from the bus station, however our bus from Budva dropped us off close by but she did take us to catch our bus when we left. Thank you Aleksandra.

- a) Good location - walking distance of town, nearer to beach area. b) Cheap rate encouraged longer stay c) Bus stop on route to Canj - fare only one euro from town. d) Parking space provided e) Proximity to IDEA supermarket (and ATM at Pekara on main road)

- a) Check-in took over an hour - eventually meeting at local supermarket (telephone essential) b) Low level of lighting in apartment (sink in full shadow) c) Paucity of electrical outlets - needed extension cables d) No bedside lamps e) No washing machine as advertised BUT good service laundry undertaken f) Yelping dog tied in garden - clearly distressed g) Drain outlet in shower took long time to clear

Clean and spacious apartment, close to the beach, supermarket and greengrocer. Alexandra is very welcoming and friendly. Totally recommend!

Apartment is perfect, owner's are really nice people. They booked us the apartment in the last minute and prepared everything in the short notice. I would recommend this apartment to everyone, from couple's, solo traveler's, people with kids and also group's of friends. Everything is in the walking distance and it really is worth the money. I will definitely come again. (Also, in the apartment details are amazing, I am still amazed by the curtain's with the little cat print on them 😍)

So kind host. Easy access to the beach. Good value for the price.
