We are unable to check-in when we reached the place at 22:00 pm. Firstly we were not given the unit number. Secondly we were given the wrong PIN code number. We spend couple of hours trying to locate the unit with the wrong PIN code and was rather frustrated after a long tired flight from Singapore.l and driving from the airport to find our accommodation. We are unable to contact the office for any emergency and the reply to my emails were late. In addition , we had difficulty finding an alternative accommodation after a long search. Finally, we had to settle down in a dormitory room for rent for the night costing us $300.00. Could you provide me your email address so that we can provide full details and would like to clarify our compensation for that night accommodation.

We have no issue with the apartment.
