Concert Hall

Location of the apartment is great - next to the Concert Hall "Lielais Dzintars". It is spacious, has 2 bedrooms with double beds and one sofa in the common area.

The apartment looks like some refurbishment is needed. And it is with very basic amenties, like 1 quite small towel for a person only, there is just 1 liquid soap next to sink in the bathroom, nothing in the shower, no soap, no shampoo. The floor finish is worn, some chairs wobble, in the bathroom you clearly see some broken and not fixed things, like the outer wall of the shower cabin and other things. The shower cabin is high, but not comfortable at all - the heighthened seat inside it occupies 2/3 of the cabin space leaving no place to move your feet. Cheap synthetic pillows, not impressive bed linens and blankets. And some slight smell inside the apartment that resembled an old granny's house with some repellent in the air. Although we didn't use the kitchenware (like pans and pots), they didn't look fresh either, not inviting to be used.

Convenient, parking available, easy access on ground floor (just a few steps), good location, comfortable beds, bright, good kitchen.

Bathroom has a strong mouldy/musty smell. Cash only.
