Vaikne , metsa ääres. Ilus suur tuba ja suur vannituba , puhas . Mugav suur voodi . Saab rõdul istuda ja ka hoovis. Auto saab parkida hoovi parklasse. Kaasaegne ja meeldis et akna ees on pimendavad rulood . Vahva peremees.
