Please note that, the Pool usage have an additional chrage for - 2 sunchairs are 30 euros, one is 20 euros. Also you have to pay 10 euro as a deposit for pool card in hotel and then when you give the access card back they will give you 10 euro back. Hotel is located under the 0 floor, you can ask them there. Pool is at the top of the building.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Beautiful views"

The room was modern. Bathroom with a great shower. Kitchen with all appliances. Amazing view over the bay. Friendly host who is accommodating and willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Free welcome pack including a bottle of wine, which was a really nice touch.

It is a walk up an steep hill, you have to be fit! The swimming pool is an extra charge daily and it is not finished, so building work happening. No balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view or dry towels when you have been at the beach. No cleaning tools such as a mop and brush. A pack containing local information would be beneficial.

"Great location with outstanding view over the beautiful Bay of Kotor!"

Anja is a great host and gave us a lot of great tips! Keys were in a lockbox and we got the code by WhatsApp. In front of the house there is a big parking and everything around Kotor is very easily accessible (by car). View was just magnificent! Apartment has everything one needs. There is also a very nice beach (Virtu Beach, paid and free sections) within the walking distance.

Everything was really great. A little minus for the air conditioning that was not very efficient.

Anja was the nicest host ever. She stayed in touch and helped with everything before and during the stay. Even she booked a speed boat tour for me. The studio was squeaky clean, comfortable and has one of the best views in Kotor. Location is a bit far to old town but if you're looking for serenity and calmness rather than crowd and noise that's the perfect place. 100% recommend.
