Sunny Bay Apartments

This is probably our favourite place we’ve stayed at while traveling! The apartments are absolutely beautiful and the view is stunning! Sanja and her family are the best hosts you could ever ask for - they picked us up at the bus station when we arrived late in the evening and Sanja had Nutella pancakes prepared for us! She also stocked our fridge with water and beer and gave us a bottle of wine and some treats to enjoy as well! We made great use of the washing machine, and the back deck had drying racks that worked perfectly for hanging our clothes out to dry. There is also a convenience store a few steps away where you can pick up anything you need, and tons of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed staying a few kilometres away from the old town, as the vibe was much more laid back and we enjoyed walking around the area every day. We were also extremely grateful that Sanja dropped us off at a car rental place at the end of our stay. We were so sad to leave and will 100% be back if we ever return to Kotor! We cannot recommend this place enough- find out for yourself and book at Sunny Bay, you will be so glad you did!

This apartment has a good location in Kotor. We like quiet place so at night can sleep well and this apartment is not far from Kotor old town just about 15 min. walking. You can enjoy the beautiful Kotor bay when you walk along the bay. Also you could find different restaurants along the bay. We have found a good one for breakfast and also some nice for dinner. If you can't walk that long, the owner of apartment offer bike for guest to use. The owner are really a nice friendly couple. They offer to drive us to bus station when the day we have to left. We are really have a pleasant time to stay there.

The bathroom is really a bit small.

I can’t explain how perfect this apartment was! It felt like a home away from home. The view over the bay was the best I’ve ever had. Sanya was an impeccable host, nothing was ever too much and she thought of everything to make my stay more comfortable. If I could live here I would!

Everything was excellent, especially the hospitality of the owner who tried to help with everything! Special bonus is a couple of turtles who live in backyard, our kid was fascinated to watch them

Honestly, the apartment is just perfect. super clean, big enough, comfy bed and sofa, it has everything I needed during my stay. The location is amazing, right on the sea, shop is just two minutes away, several restaurants nearby (however rather expensive). you need about 30 mins to walk to Kotor Old Town along the water, I walked it every day with a great pleasure. Sanja, the host, is the sweetest person, once she brought me homemade pastries! and THAT VIEW from the window… I could sit there for hours. already miss this place!

Lovely very well-equipped apartment, extremely clean and has great views of the water. The owner very kindly allowed us to use her bicycles with a lock, this was great for riding into town (roughly 15min leisurely ride to old town). We’ve been travelling for over 2 months and this was undoubtedly our favourite stay. The owner was super lovely and generous which made our stay even better. 100% recommend staying here.
