Lovely apartments set at the waters edge in the bay of Kotor with fabulous views from our balcony. We were warmly greeted by the owners who took care of us throughout our three day visit. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The owner also kindly booked us a motor boat tour across the bay of Kotor, we were picked up from the pier at the front of the apartments. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The bathroom was rather tired

The host was so friendly and helpful, a real gent. Gorgeous location right on the water’s edge.

Limited parking spaces

Beautiful quiet location. Super friendly, helpful & welcoming hosts. Excellent food - breakfasts & evening meals. The accommodation is quaint, authentic, cosy and homely with amazing views. Nice walk into town, flat & stunning scenery all the way and with some water front cafes/bars along the way.

Could've been a better shower.

Very nice owners, and there’s a restaurant on the property. We stayed for one night and had dinner there the food was tasty. The location is right by the water and includes parking. Unfortunately, if you return from a trip while there are restaurant guests with cars, it can be a bit difficult to find a parking spot. It’s not possible to make a reservation, but everything else was fine. The room was spacious, clean, and pleasant.

.The building is an old building well maintained (under Unesco according to the host). Room is well equipped and well maintained although on the smaller size. The location is perfect right by the water front. It is 4Km from old city of Kotor, and one day we even walked there (about 1 hour) since most of the walk is along the waterfront. Breakfast is OK and sufficient for starting the day

Great location right on the water, was kind of far from old town kotor(next time I’ll just rent a bike or scooter), but that was fine for my stay and it was very quiet in comparison to the touristy old town. I loved my room, it had a beautiful view and was spotless. It was so nice to have a restaurant right there. Great value for your money. But by far the hospitality from the owner was amazing and made the stay so good. He was very welcoming, booked my taxi for me when I left very early in the morning(have him help book your taxi from the airport as you won’t get overcharged, I didn’t do this and it was my mistake). He was very kind and often checked in with me about my stay and how I was doing( I was solo traveling so this was exceptionally welcoming for me).The night of my last stay I had gotten back from dinner very last and forgot to grab my passport before I left for dinner, and he thankfully placed it in my room for me! It was the perfect R&R for me, and so beautiful. While this isn’t a 5 start hotel, so don’t expect that as some things are simple that’s part of the charm, it was perfect for my stay, great value, hospitality and host was amazing. I can’t wait to come back, and will for sure be looking to stay here again
