Amplasarea apartamentului, comunicarea cu proprietarul, apropierea de centru/plaja/ marketul la cativa metri de bloc,cu loc de parcare la subsol!

Nu era curat cum m-am așteptat, deși apartamentul avea de toate...

The location of the apartment is very good with beach only a stone-throw away and a good supermarket around the corner.

The apartment is not in a good shape, in particular the kitchen (dirty dishes, broken cupboards, strange smell). Also, the apartment is not well equipped, e.g., no dishwashing powder, no spices (not even salt), no extra trash bags, no washing powder. And that’s despite of the high price.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos from the listing. The building is new. The apartment has everything you need, fast internet, cable TV, and a sea view from the terrace. It's very close to the sea.

Very well equipped kitchen and the whole appartment. Wifi OK. Aircondition OK. Private parking in garage - it is huge advantage in Budva and we really appreciate it.

Very narrow and steep entrance to garage and narrow parking space. Sometimes it could happen you cannot park inside because of other local cars parked in front of the entrance into garage - ask neighbours or owner to contact proper person to free your way.

The location, it it very close to the beach and 15 minutes away from the old town.

The parking, the access ramp was too steep and the turning space was very tight.
