Fantastična lokacija u starom dijelu grada,vrlo ljubazni domaćini koji su me lijepo dočekali,apartman je bio vrlo udoban za boravak,toplo preporučujem.

The location is excellent for access from the bus station and also very close to all the significant parts of the old town. The apartment is pleasantly quirky and the view is very nice. The area is full of activity for those seeking it but the apartment is a peaceful place to stay. The hosts were very helpful, particularly with the baggage.

Not criticisms but it should be noted there are approx 60-70 stairs to reach the apartment so the mobility challenged might struggle. Also the shower is unusual and tall people might have difficulty.

Difficile à trouver

Central location but quiet place.

The host replies very late and didn’t show for storing our luggage. We still don’t know who is person we met twice there, but he was not the host. AC is very old and doesn’t work properly. The window blind gets stuck and it’s nearly impossible to close.

Excellent location, in the heart of the old town.

No check in instructions were provided and host wasn’t responsive on WhatsApp - thankfully the front door was unlocked and someone was inside to help. Bathroom/shower quite small.

Location is everything - and Studios Kono is in a superb location, inside the walled old city. You are right in the thick of the action and a quick walk to the Gurdic (southern) gate. I appreciated the free parking spot in a city lot about a 10 minute walk away. It is a very good value for the price, but note my issues below. Also, just below the apartments is one of the hipper bars in the old town, "Bandiera." Loved walking up the stone steps to the St. Ivan fortress above the city for breathtaking views. Kotor is just magnificent.

The owners were slow to respond to my whatsapp messages as I was on the road driving to Kotor and when I arrived I was displeased that they were not there to meet me and I had no way of knowing how to find the apartment or enter it. There was much confusing back-and-forth via text about how to find the parking and the apartment. It was not at all simple, and created much stress and confusion for me. Their English is not very good and they should be more proactive about reaching out to incoming clients and giving clearer instructions and most importantly, meting the client upon arrival. The room is located up about 75 steep stairs, about 5 flights. If you have heavy bags leave them in the car and transfer your bare essentials into a smaller bag. I barely managed to wrestle one suitcase up all the way, and it only weighed 15kg.

Vriendelijke host. Appartement met uitstekende locatie in het oude stadscentrum van Kotor. De host kon zelfs gratis parking voorzien met zijn parkeerkaart. Aangenaam appartement met goede airco.

Het appartement was moeilijk om te vinden, we zijn even verloren gelopen. Misschien dat de instructies best op voorhand even worden doorgestuurd maar het was een iets oudere man waardoor de communicatie vooraf iets minder vlot ging. Al bij al heeft hij ons super goed geholpen en is hij heel vriendelijk. Als tip gewoon best "Nitrox café" ingeven als adres en dan de trappen omhoog gaan. Wel even nog duidelijk maken dat je enorm veel trappen omhoog moet voor het appartement dus best wel goed te been zijn. We hebben zelf niet gekookt op het appartement aangezien er leuke restaurantjes in Kotor zijn maar moest je zelf willen koken, is de keuken wel niet super uitgebreid.

Está en el mismo casco histórico, pero es muy tranquilo. El anfitrión nos permitió entrar nada más llegar, horas antes de lo acordado…un detalle. Gran apartamento para visitar Kotor.

The host was extremely kind and friendly.. he was kind enough to pick us up from the airport when we were struggling to get a taxi.. the location was central too!

You need to climb a few stairs to get to the property.
