Only the view is incredible.

Apartment urgently needs to be thoroughly cleaned!!! I travel a lot and I haven't seen so dirty apartment. Sorry to the owner but that is true. I also have pictures but I don't want to post them. I believe owner will take care of that.

The view was absolutely magnificent, offering stunning vistas that were a highlight of my stay. The nearby shopping mall was very convenient, featuring a grocery store and various fast food restaurants, which made it easy to grab a quick meal or stock up on essentials. Additionally, the affordable taxi connections to the city center were a great perk. For those who enjoy a bit of exercise, the center is walkable within 50 minutes, which I found quite interesting. The area was pleasantly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Payment was only accepted in cash, without an official receipt, although a photo and message via chat were provided as proof of payment. The air conditioning was quite noisy, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. The garage was difficult to access for cars with low ground clearance, which could be an issue for some visitors.
