Apartment NAUM M

The host Naum is perfect - he was really friendly, helpful and gave us great tips for visiting around the city. He was also fine with our earlier arrival. He has parking card so you can park for free in front of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for short or even longer stay. It is located right by the lake, close to all the restaurants and shops in the city. I jut wish we could stay longer and would definitely choose this place again!

Host was so nice, he even came to airport to pick me up. Location is so good, nearby the lake and city centre. Property has all you need.

It would be nice to modernise a little bit a property and to be a little bit more clean.

There was a really strong cigarette smell in the apartment. And the bathroom flooded everytime you shower.

Perfect little place in the heart of the old town, with only a few steps away from the lake and the fortress. But the best part is - Mr. Naum, who has been just a wonderful host! Thank you so much for everything and I hope to return one day!

Location: few steps from the lake (no beach) and 5 minutes walking from the tourist center. Very friendly and responsive host. Good sound isolation (first -European- floor at a busy street). Secured entrance. Fast WIFI. Free public parking spot in front of the building with a parking card paid by the owner. There’s always something to see if you look out of the window. Good price/quality.

No balcony or terrace (most of the other apartments in the building do have one) Bathroom is moldy and always wet due to the ineffective drain. Some electrical things are not save and should be fixed. Advice: Hot water boiler MUST be turned off every time you leave the apartment or you will have really boiling water coming from the tap! Noisy street when the windows are open, tour buses have their parking a bit up the street so many groups of tourists pass under your window. The cooking pan is round instead of flat so you will have to use the small camping stove instead of the electrical plate.
