Mim's apartment

Great apartment, two balconies, comfty kitchen, awesome double bed. Pleasant householder.

Apartment building is in renovation, stairways are not clean and little bit spooky.

Dimitar is an excellent host. He did everything to have a perfect stay for us. The apartment was clean, well equipped, The air condition helped us a lot, silent neighborhood. We felt sorry staying only 1 day there. Starting with our experiences in the Balkans it is definitively the best place we ever been, we may give to it 9,8 points (out of 10), and it is a 8,5-9 if you compare it to the highest international standards regarding apartments.

A bit difficult to find it, but this was our fault. The host made everything to find it easily. We did not pay enough attention to his instructions.

The apartment was very cozy and it had two huge balconies. It had good airconditioning and the area isn't noisy, so you're up for a good nights sleep. I didn't meet the host personally, but checking in and out was made very easy and through texts and calls the hosts are nice and welcoming.

The estate itself is a bit old and outdated, and I woulnd't say it's the fault of the host. There are some spots less clean than others.

The host is super nice and the communication was very easy. The apartment is quite big and very comfortable for small family. The location is very good. Close to the city center, bus stop nearby to the city center. My son apriciate the soft drinks in the fridge.

The building is old like the other buildings in this neighbourhood. Not big deal.

Clean, good value for the money and good location.

Because of technical problems with apartment we were relocated to another unit. Our opinion is for that other apartment.

For a few euros more you can find a much better apartment in Skopje.
