Prijatni domacini, ispostovan dogovor oko parkinga. Dvoriste prilagodjeno za deciju igru. Blizina jezera i granicnog prelaza.

Manja zamerka oko kupatila, koje je skuceno i ne postoji deo predvidjen za tusiranje, niti ogradjena tus kada. Tus spojen na slavinu lavaboa i tusiranjem na kupatilskim plocicama, pri cemu sve kompletno sa kupatilskim elementima , neizbezno bude pokvaseno. Sam apartman je prijatan, cist sa komarnicima i neophodnim stvarima u kuhinjskom delu.
