Exclusive Skopje Apartments

Picture shown above in booking is different from the real one. The room is relatively small, in dark colors: black wallpaper and purple curtains. Location is convenient. Owner is nice.

Only location

Apartment was really dirty and old. bathroom curtain drop down to me. Apartment should be renewed. dishes was dirty and sticky. There is no enough spoon, fork, pan. There is no Oven or microwave oven... For me expensive and unhappy vacation. For example I rent an apartment at Ohri, It has lake view, clean kitchen staffs and cheaper than this apartment. I said that the responsible bathroom curtain drop down to me, He said no problem. It dropped to me but no problem :)) Zero point from me to this apartment !

Location is excellent. Owner of the house is easygoing person.

-Everything was excellent. Airport pickup was handled by Zlatco, who was very helpful throughout our stay. - Check-in was smooth, and the apartment was nice, featuring a spacious balcony. - The living room has effective heating and air conditioning. - The apartment is suitable for a couple and includes a kitchen with basic utensils. - There was some Toffee, sugar and 2 or 3 instant coffee sachets. - Zlatco also arranged a cab for our return airport transfer, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

-The bathroom lacks a lock. - No bath soaps or lotions were provided. - The bedroom feels a bit cold; the fixed heater is not functional. - The plates and cooking pots are cleaned, but not thoroughly. - There’s no water heater in the kitchen. - A smart TV in the living room would have enhanced our stay. - We were not informed at check-in that it was our responsibility to dispose the garbage; we have 3 small bags of garbage and the manager mentioned this at checkout.

Location and easy access

The apartment’s location was excellent, and it was quite spacious. There is a fast food stand right below the building and supermarkets nearby.

The floor was dirty, and the living room carpet was very stained. The air conditioner didn’t always work, and the radiator wasn’t enough.

The driver connected to the property picked me up from the airport €25 and made the entire process lots easier for me! Ebery thing was great esp the location which is very central to the old city, Mother Teresa house, the Fortress, and more. Also close to where most group guided tours take off from and the old Bazaar.

Room bit too small; and bed bit too short for someone who is as tall as I am 188cms. Otherwise it was great.
