During the check-in they were taking care of the process. The bed is comfy and with a lot of blankets. There was coffee, shower gel, paper, everything that should be there.

We expected more from the accommodation. Both the reception and the farewell were cold, all communication was very brief. The garden and patio were very beautiful, but the room had little charm, more like a bootcamp, with prefabricated-like appearances and the bed separated from the living room by a simple wooden panel. Western tourist won't understand why the shower has only one drain hole in the middle of the bathroom, so you will need to use flip-flops after the showert. It was a large room with only one air conditioner and little decoration. There was an indoor kitchenette with a microwave, but the actual kitchen was outside the room. We understand that Prilep is less touristy than other cities, but the standard is far from any other in Bitola or Ohrid. To be fair, almost all accommodations in Prilep had the same standard, but nevertheless the price was higher than in the other two cities, while providing worse quality.

Everything was new and very clean. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the city center. Both the bed and the sofa were comfortable to sleep in. Nice commodities, including coffee.

Notice that all rooms except the bathroom share the same small space. The bedroom is separated by a wooden wall, so don't expect much privacy. The shower has a strange waterhole, in the middle of the bathroom, so all the floor gets wet after a shower.
