Pas de climatisation : trop chaud la nuit et piqûres de moustiques. Le ventilateur et moustiquaires ne suffisent pas. La solution idéale reste une clim La maison n'a pas de terrasse ou jardinet (contrairement au descriptif) mais est à moins de 100m de la plage

The property was very beautiful and tastefully decorated. It was also in a very central location, with restaurants, bakeries, and a grocery store close by. There’s also a laundry machine which is great for travelers who need to clean some of their clothes.

I don’t think there’s any AC, my room got very hot a night and there was a fan but I still was quite uncomfortable. The upstairs can get hot a night making for unrestful sleep.

The owner / host was absolutely lovely! She had an ice cold bottle of water and homemade guava cake waiting for me. She also went out of her way to show me everything in this 3 bedroom house with laundry facilities, and pointed out the grocery store down the street. Even though there wasn’t supposed to be parking, she let me park at her shop across the street. She really was the most accommodating host!! The location of the house was across the street from the gray sand beach in the heart of Saint Pierre. I could walk everywhere from this location. This was a great base for hiking Mount Pelee and adventuring in Gorges de la Falaises. Thank you for a lovely stay!
