Old Riga Two floor Palasta Loft Apartment with river view

The location was great, and layout of the apartment fine.

The apartment was quite worn out, broken things not fixed, and beds were not suitable for 2 people to sleep in.

No breakfast included

The bench in the apartment was broken, apparently by previous guests and owner promised to fix this asap

Everything worked, clean and neat bathroom, comfortable beds, basic kitchen with kettle, fridge and cutlery. Friendly and helpful host!

Mattress covers were pretty small, some furniture was worn out.

Perfect location! everything is in 5mins by foot!

The apartment is very nice as in space, very good location. Has a big bathroom, great placement of the rooms. Lots of space. Heaters can be controlled, you can make it warmer or less warm if preferred. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher, very convenient

For such price it would be nice to come into an apartment that is not falling apart in all possible ways.. Sofa's without armrests, beds frames swinging, trembling kitchen door, swinging rails on the stairs, bath without a possibility to fill it, because the draining plug is broken.. And being afraid to touch anything because it break.. I understand this is business, but please, respect your business and invest in it, not only take from it. Also, the incredible amount of times it was said that the apartment has NO SMOKING policy, yet, when we came you could clearly smell someone has been smoking inside..
