"Καλό και φιλόξενο διαμέρισμα."

Αρκετά μεγάλο διαμέρισμα. Η κουζίνα είναι αρκετά εξοπλισμένη. Είναι ανακαινισμένο και καθαρό. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι φιλόξενη και κατατοπιστική με τις οδηγίες. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής.

Η είσοδος της πολυκατοικίας είναι πολύ παλιά και άσχημη. Το διαμέρισμα όμως είναι ανακαινισμένο. Το μπαλκόνι του διαμερίσματος είναι παραμελημένο. Στην κουζίνα λείπει μια μεγάλη κατσαρόλα και φούρνος για να είναι πλήρης. Το parking είναι στους γύρω δρόμους.
