Convenient location.

The amenities were old, (eg air conditioning, toilets ). While the owner and caretaker were responsive, it wasn’t very helpful in a short stay. We were also missing some cash from the apartment, and as there is no safe deposit vault, it is preferable to carry all valuables when leaving the apartment daily.
