Appartement fonctionnel, spacieux, lumineux, bien situé, très proche de Majorelle et Guéliz. Pratique pour prendre le bus ou le taxi. Lahcen le concierge de l'immeuble est disponible à l'écoute. Mathieu le propriétaire est disponible par message et arrangeant.

Un peu vétuste par endroit, il manque des ustensiles de cuisine.
