Deluxe Apartment in Marrakesh. hevernage flat

Very friendly and helpful host, Appartement was very nice and spacious.

Location is really good only few minutes away from the train station with a wonderful host and very clean apartment also the security personnel is also helpful and the area is in a quiet residential which your dont much outdoor noise.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk from the train station, 5 minute walk to the intercity bus. There were plenty of restaurants around serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had breakfast opposite of the apartment at 3.5€ only. Train station has KFC, Mcdonald’s, Starbucks etc. Groceries and hypermarket are just under the building. There was no hassle getting in the apartment, Ms. Yasmine waited for us to arrive and showed us around. The apartment was very clean, fresh beddings and fresh towels were provided. The balcony has a nice view as described on the listing. Wifi has a good connection even with multiple devices connected. Smart TV works without lagging. Plenty of parking spaces available around the building and underground. Taxis are available around the building for decent prices. Going to jmaa fnaa place took us 10 minutes and cost us 5€ only.

A bit of noise during the day time because it's an active area, but other than that it was all good.

located roadside, so be prepared for outside noise. Also a (shisha) bar opposite the appartment, loud music till 12pm. bit of a hassle to get in (not possible to ring a bell, security not very helpfull)

TVs : One was not working and the second wasn't a Smart. That was very disappointing

Amazing location, only 2-3 min walking distance from the train station and only 5 min away from the bus station. Apartment look new and well kept. Security guard was annoying well at his job, so two different ones asked me what I was doing there. But that shows that security is top priority. Would book again for sure.

Unfortunately the tv showed black screen on the second day, but I searched online and found out its a normal LG problem. So I cannot blame the owner. Other small thing was the front door to the building complex was tricky to open. But again, not the owners fault. Would wish there was 2-4 more glasses, so I wouldn't need to clean the same glasses again and again. But that is my laziness 😝

Clean and comfortable and in a good neighborhood close to The Hivernage and the city center, very friendly and available host, all was perfect!
