Nothing. When I arrived the hotel had double booked my room. So I had to find my own alternative accommodation. Plus phone call to Booking.com cost me €20 then got cut off and my 2nd hotel cost me more than the 1st which I had to pay cash. It took me 5 phone calls 7 emails and a month to get my money back plus they didn't even pay for the extra expense that I had to pay. NEVER again will I book anything with booking.com.

"Lovely stay"

We really enjoyed our stay at Dar El Koutoubia. Karim was so lovely and made us feel completely at home. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, with a lovely view of the Koutoubia Mosque.. The location was perfect, close to everything but still nice and quiet. We’d happily stay here again...

The toilet had a slight smell at first, but it went away once we turned on the air conditioner.

"Great location but room could use some improvements."

Amazing location! Good price for the deal. Authentic interior details in the room were quite cool.

A bit worn out furniture and unnecessary items in the room (like old mattress). Really bad smell from the sewage.

"Stay in Marrakech"

We had a beautiful roof top room with a huge terrace from which you could see the main mosque and Atlas mountains. Perfect location- close from the Medina and main sight seeing spots. There was a kitchen to share equiped with everything that you need. The owner was very friendly and kind and the local cat César was keeping us company.

It was raining heavily when we got to Marrakech and some water was getting in the room. The owner was kindly helping us to clean up. It is a rare case though, it doesn't usually rain that much there.
